Bought this trailer and have used it a ton! We use it behind bikes and also with the stroller kit. Has been great to also use in winter as it keeps the kids warmer with the plastic shield pulled down. Unfortunately, the top seat hanger has started to fall apart within the last year (hopefully Burley covers this as I have submitted a claim) and one of the rubber wheel dust covers has fallen off. We like the stroller, just hope Burley stands behind their product on these few issues.

I got this for Christmas so I could take kids around town to run errands etc. It is really a beautiful trailer and was fairly easy to put together all by myself. I think it will be even more convenient when spring comes and I don't have to bundle up kids and then try to buckle them in there.

Bought the Encore trailer last summer. Pulled it on our tandem as we tent camped through the San Juan Islands, WA in September. Held a full load and tracked flawlessly even at 25 mph down hill. Can't wait to go again this year.

Got this to go on bike rides with my boys and I love it! Very smooth, easy to setup, and comfort for the boys - the shoulder straps were the deal maker for me. Would recommend if you will use it a lot.

We've had our Burley for about a year now and use it almost every day. I use it to take my son to the baby sitters, to head out for a jog, and to get out in the winter on the cross country ski trails. It's more than paid for itself with the amount I'm able to get outside with my toddler after sitting behind a desk all day. It's easy to assemble and disassemble too. My son loves his 'ski buggy' too!

I love my Encore! I use this primarily for triathlon training so I don't have to find a sitter. My 5 year old and 2 year old fit comfortably. There's room for toys, snacks, and a blanket on chilly days. There's also a lot of space in the back for picnic blankets, lunchboxes, etc. for days in the park. It seems to have good ventilation and not get overly hot as long as the front cover is rolled back on the warmest days. My kids love riding in it!

I've enjoyed a number of rides on my bike with my young son in the Encore. It was very easy to set up, and the hitch mechanism is particularly easy to attach to my bike and then remove it when the ride is done. I like the adjustability of the harness, as this will the trailer usable as he gets bigger. The ride itself is very smooth; in fact, it's smooth enough that he has actually fallen asleep during rides!

Burley trailers are great. Everyone knows it. We also know they are expensive! And for the money I would expect pretty much flawless operation. However, there were two things that kept me from giving this trailer five stars. 1) tire would not hold air right out of the box. Minor annoyance. Got it fixed. 3) trailer drifts to the right when used as jogging stroller. Tryed adjusting air pressure. Didn't work. Minor annoyance. The thing is still pretty smooth. 2) handle bar slips when pressing down to turn. This is a pretty big fail! I have stared at the thing trying to figure out how to tighten it, and looked online for a solution, and so far found nothing. Major bummer!
